Day Two update uploaded

- Big code refactoring for items (maybe that game economy, naming should be broken now, will be ajusted this days)
   - Add a IShopItem
     - Add Generator, Shelve, Props custom class derived from IShopItem

- Fix a notif bugs
- Fix confirmation menus images doesnt properly display's
- Add new zone in map 
   - with 4 news places to build (next it will be possible to reset their personal zone)
   - A new shop sellings props Fumo (and a working stairs ^^')

- Add new ranks levels goes now from 0$ to 5_000_000$ - 13 totals ranks to have
- Increase Gravity falling force

- Increase the VIP Zone price

- Add sitable chair in bar (Press E to sit on chair)
